Is soft washing safe for my roof?

Yes — it is the method roofing manufacturers and the ARMA recommend over pressure washing, which can dislodge granules and shorten shingle life. We apply solution, let it work, and rinse at low pressure.

Will it kill my plants?

We pre-wet landscaping, cover sensitive plants where needed, and rinse the area afterward. Our solutions are diluted and biodegradable when handled correctly.

How long will my house stay clean?

Because soft washing kills growth at the root, most homes stay visibly clean for 1–3 years depending on shade and tree cover — much longer than a pressure-only wash.
