Pressure Washing

High-pressure cleaning strips embedded dirt, oil, moss and tire marks off hard, flat surfaces that can take the force. It is the fastest way to bring concrete and pavers back to their original color.

What we clean

  • Driveways & parking pads
  • Sidewalks & walkways
  • Patios & pool decks
  • Garage & shop floors
  • Retaining walls & steps
  • Brick, block & paver surfaces

Over a Willamette Valley winter, concrete collects a dark film of algae, moss and organic grime that makes a property look tired and gets slick when wet. Pressure washing uses a surface cleaner and calibrated pressure to lift that layer evenly, with no wand streaks or 'zebra striping'.

We match the pressure and nozzle to the material. Concrete and block take full pressure; softer pavers, older brick and wood get a gentler approach so we clean without etching, splintering or blowing out joint sand.

  • Commercial surface cleaner for streak-free, even results
  • Oil and rust spot treatment on driveways and shop floors
  • Post-clean joint-sand replacement on paver surfaces (on request)
  • Optional sealant to slow regrowth and staining

Pressure Washing questions, answered

Will pressure washing damage my concrete?
Not when it is done correctly. We calibrate pressure to the surface and use a flat surface cleaner on concrete, which spreads the force evenly. Older, flaking or stamped concrete gets a softer approach.
Pressure washing vs. soft washing — which do I need?
Hard flat surfaces (driveways, patios, concrete) take pressure washing. Anything that high pressure can damage — roofs, siding, painted wood, screens — should be soft washed instead. We often use both on the same property.
How long does a driveway take?
A typical residential driveway takes one to two hours. We confirm scope and price before we start, and we walk the finished result with you.
